Pest Treatment Business Contracts

Business contracts to suits your needs, ensuring your business is pest free and up to hygiene standards.

We are able to offer pest control contracts to all businesses such as restaurants, schools, shops, pubs, nursing homes and farms. All contracts can be catered to your needs on monthly or two monthly visits at fixed fees to maintain a pest-free environment. Having worked in the environmental health department, we understand the importance of pest control contracts and how they can work to the advantage for businesses.

Pest control contracts are essential to the environmental health issues which affect businesses such as restaurants, cafes and pubs. A contract with regular inspections would show a controlled measure in place to prevent infestations and would be noted at any environmental health inspection as a plus.

Your premises would be issued with a contract file which would document all relevant health and safety information, COSHH assessments and inspections sheets which are completed at each visit to keep a diary of baits/poisons used and any activity.

Wasps

or Bees

The difference between bees and wasps can be difficult to spot, especially if the nest or swarm is high up on your property, but bees or wasps - we are here to help!

Cheshire Pest Solutions - Beekeepers Association

Wasps:

Wasps are bright yellow and black striped in colour.  A queen wasp starts to build her nest around early May, which will start off roughly the size of a golf ball made from chewed bark and saliva (it will have a greyish colour) and she will then lay her eggs.  As the nest starts to grow it can progress to the size of a football depending upon the size of the colony.  Nests are frequently associated with roof spaces, wall cavities, eaves and also in trees.

The wasps will go in and out of the wasp nest from a single entry point and they will fly in and out approximately every 2 to 4 seconds in quite rapid movements.  Bees would tend to hover around a nest.

If you suspect you have a wasp nest, please call us on 01260 281845 and we can arrange
to treat the nest.

Bees:

Jim and his wife Gemma are beekeepers and keep honeybees on a variety of sites around Cheshire.
If you have a honeybee swarm on your property, please contact us on 01260 281845 and we can arrange to collect and remove them for you.

Cheshire Pest Solutions is against the treatment of any of the bee species. They are not a pest problem that need to be treated. There are a lot of different types of bee, over 250 species! For help identifying whether you have bees and what species, please visit the BBKA website using this helpful link:
